Slice the potatoes into half or even quater if they are to big.<\/li>\n<li>Cook them for a few minutes in boiling water. I think 10-12 minutes are enough.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that you are using an ovenproof dish. Place brussel sprouts, potatoes and hazelnuts in it and sprinkle with honey, oil, salt and pepper. Noch gar nicht lange her, erstrahlte der Herbst in seiner vollen Pracht. Rote und goldene Bl\u00e4tter zierten die Landschaft, verschwanden aber in den vergangenen Tagen im Bann des Winters. Die Tage wurden k\u00fchler, der Wind eisiger, die Sonnenstrahlen kraftloser. Und dennoch scheinen sie w\u00e4hrend der wenigen Nachmittagsstunden durch das Fenster, mitten in mein Gesicht, und lassen die Farben des heutigen Rezeptes in ihrer ganzen Kraft gl\u00e4nzen. In Honig ger\u00f6steter Sprossenkohl, Kartoffeln, Haseln\u00fcsse und Granatapfel Kerne. Ein Advent Essen, dass die Vorfreude auf das bevorstehende Weihnachten ansteigen l\u00e4sst. Die Kartoffeln halbieren oder sogar vierteln, wenn sie zu gro\u00df sind.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoffeln und Sprossenkohl f\u00fcr etwa 10 \u2013 12 Minuten kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li>Sprossenkohl, Kartoffeln, Haseln\u00fcsse in ein ofenfestes Geschirr geben und Honig, \u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer daruntermischen.
