Ich habe mir eine kleine Auszeit geg\u00f6nnt, die Ruhe genossen und Energie getankt. Gemeinsam mit dem Blogger Mann bin ich in die Berge gefahren. Dem Nebel der \u00fcber dem Tal hing, entflohen.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl ich meistens lieber s\u00fc\u00df in den Tag starte, durfte es w\u00e4hrend den Feiertagen auch mal ein herzhaftes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck sein. Dann aber ein gro\u00dfer Teller, prall gef\u00fcllt mit <em>comfort food<\/em>: Hirse Pancakes mit Rotkohl, Granatapfelkernen, Cashew\u00a0N\u00fcssen und Feta.<\/p>\n<p>Kinderleicht und beinahe schnell zubereitet. \/>\n60g Dinkel Vollkorn Mehl<br \/>\n1 Ei<br \/>\n150ml Milch (z.B. Mandelmilch)<br \/>\neine Prise Salz<br \/>\n1TL Ahornsirup<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc Rotkohl<br \/>\n4EL Balsamico Essig<br \/>\nKerne eines halben Granatapfels<br \/>\neine Handvoll Cashew\u00a0N\u00fcsse<br \/>\n30g Feta K\u00e4se<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Die trockenen Zutaten in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen.<\/li>\n<li>Ei verquirlen.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Zutaten gut miteinander vermengen und zu einem glatten Teig r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Etwas \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen.<\/li>\n<li>Eine kleine Sch\u00f6pfkelle Teig in die Pfanne geben und von beiden Seiten braten.<\/li>\n<li>Granatapfel sch\u00e4len.<\/li>\n<li>Rotkohl in feine Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Feta mit einer Gabel zerkr\u00fcmeln.<\/li>\n<li>Etwas \u00d6l in eine Pfanne geben, Rotkohl hinzuf\u00fcgen und 4-5\u00a0Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit mit Balsamico Essig abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n<li>Pancakes auf einen Teller geben.
