Unsere gemeinsame Vorliebe f\u00fcr kulinarische K\u00f6stlichkeiten hat dazu gef\u00fchrt, dass wir spontan ein paar frische Zutaten eingepackt und miteinander gekocht haben. Kein Aufwand war uns zu gro\u00df, um in fantastischer Lage ein gem\u00fctliches H\u00fctten-Dinner zuzubereiten. Das Abendlicht war fein und klar. Die laue Sommerluft vermischte sich schon bald mit dem Duft unserer Gerichte. Der Wald hinter der Alph\u00fctte und das Gezwitscher der V\u00f6gel sorgte f\u00fcr wohltuende Ruhe nach einem langen Tag im B\u00fcro. Das Klingen der Kuhglocken machte das Klischee einer Alph\u00fctte perfekt. Kochen mit Freunden ist f\u00fcr mich immer etwas Besonderes. In der Zwischenzeit die H\u00fchnerstreifen auf die Spie\u00dfe oder Tannenzweige stecken und braten.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr das Dressing Zitronensaft, Oliven\u00f6l, Wasser, Honig und Mangosaft verr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n<li>Den Quinoa mit den gegrillten Fr\u00fcchten sowie dem Halloumi vermengen, mit Basilikum garnieren und mit dem Dressing betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Vor dem Servieren wird das Spie\u00dfle auf dem Salat platziert.
