Ich habe mich vom Wandel inspirieren lassen und mir vorgenommen, die verbleibenden Tage des Jahres mit mehr Leichtigkeit zu f\u00fcllen. habe ich eine Liste mit zwei Spalten erstellt: links\u00a0 \u2013 was ich ver\u00e4ndern oder von nun an anders machen m\u00f6chte, rechts, was pure Leichtigkeit in meinen Alltag bringen soll. Die erste H\u00e4lfte der Challenge werde ich versuchen, die Liste in meine t\u00e4gliche Routine einzugliedern. Manches wird leicht gelingen und Freude bereiten, manches nicht. Alles, was nach 33 Tagen \u2013 ein guter Zeitraum um Neues in eine Gewohnheit zu verwandeln \u2013 mehr Leichtigkeit verleiht, m\u00f6chte ich beibehalten. Ganz ohne Druck kann eine Challenge n\u00e4mlich richtig Spa\u00df machen und neue Erkenntnisse bringen. Eine Challenge zum Ende des Jahres ist ideal, um schlechte Gewohnheiten abzulegen und ganz ohne gute Vors\u00e4tze, daf\u00fcr mit purer Leichtigkeit, in das neue Jahr zu starten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um f\u00fcr die <strong>\u201e66 Tage mehr Leichtigkeit\u201c Challenge<\/strong> gen\u00fcgend Energie zu haben, unterst\u00fctzt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purecaps.net\/de\/\">Pure
