Doch der Gedanke an ein <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vollmundig.org\/2017\/11\/22\/nordische-fruehstuecks-bowl\/\">k\u00f6nigliches Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck<\/a> macht es ein bisschen leichter und zaubert mir ein L\u00e4cheln ins Gesicht. Wir haben es uns zur Tradition gemacht, den Sonntag mit einer Portion Pancakes zu starten. Die letzten Monate hatten wir unseren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vollmundig_\/\">#pancakessunday<\/a> jedoch etwas vernachl\u00e4ssigt. Da kam ein verregneter Sonntag wie gerufen! Gemeinsam mit der Milch sowie dem Kokos\u00f6l in den Vitamix geben und p\u00fcrieren. Alternativ kann die Banane mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fcckt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehl, Kokosraspeln, Backpulver, Zimt und Salz untermischen und zu einem glatten Teig r\u00fchren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokos\u00f6l bei mittlerer Temperatur in einer Pfanne erhitzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Teig in gleich gro\u00dfen Portionen in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen und von beiden Seiten anbraten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pancakes, Fr\u00fcchte und Joghurt auf zwei Sch\u00fcssel verteilen und mit N\u00fcssen, Samen sowie Ahornsirup garnieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped
