Glutenfreies Allzweckmehl oder Dinkelmehl)\u00a0<br>1 TL Zimt <br>1 TL Backpulver <br>Prise Salz <br>2 reife Bananen <br>45g Reissirup<br>75ml Milch (z.B. Mandelmilch) <br>3 EL Kokos\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zum Belegen<br><\/strong>50 Pekann\u00fcsse<br>2EL Ahornsirup <br>Prise Salz&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<br><\/strong>Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Eine rechteckige Kuchenform (Kastenform) mit Backpapier&nbsp;auslegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Pekann\u00fcsse mit einem scharfen Messer fein hacken und gemeinsam mit dem Mehl, dem Zimt, dem Backpulver\u00a0und einer Prise Salz in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel vermengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bananen, den Reissirup, die Milch und das Kokos\u00f6l in einen Standmixer geben und zu einer cremigen Masse mixen. Alternativ einen P\u00fcrierstab dazu verwenden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die s\u00fc\u00dfe Bananen-Milch zu den trockenen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut untermischen. Anschlie\u00dfend den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in der vorbereiteten Kuchenform verteilen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Belegen die Pekann\u00fcsse, den Ahornsirup und eine Prise Salz miteinander vermischen.
